    All I need is this dish and some buttermilk cornbread and red kool-aid!??( "yummy") When we where younger are Mom would make this dish mostly on Monday and we started calling it Monday Night Special.?

  19. I think this is one of your best recipes. Traditional Goulash in Europe is tasty but very watery. Your recipe is perfection, though I would suggest compiling the ingredients in a crockpot on low temperature. Like in my childhood, cheap day old bread, is a nice side addition. Some garlic powder sprinkled/mixed over the plated Goulash adds flavor as well.

    When in doubt….goulash works it out! Lol this is a go to recipe when you need and big meal for a big crowd that doesn't take a long time to cook?. I just made this for my crew two days ago with toasted baguette….my baby boy loves baguettes lol.
