  5. I tried at least three recipes on here. The quinoa, cucumber , cucumber salad . That was so delicious I squeezed a lil lime on it n cayenne pepper .. it was delicious thanks doll..

    There are three factors in weight reduction – exercise, diet, and motivation.
    One resource I found which successfully combines these is the Alinn diet plan (check it out on google) definately the best diet i've seen. Check out the before and after photos and interesting reviews.
