  1. Ok am also a Jamaican cook,it looks good,BUT it's not a jerk chicken , it's would more a honey glaze bake chicken ,because Jamaican jerk chicken dont.use ketchup and honey ,

    omg I got to get this out there my niece came to see me in Minnesota so she calls me from the hotel my other niece wanted us to come to her house for dinner jerk chicken I'm like dam I wanted jerk chicken for a long time we gets there sit down she brings bowl of water wit chunks of chicken with a lot of sage and salary I was shocked we got up and left so sad and the cow got six bad ass kids and she can't cook I don't go to her house period

    The shit was definitely salty. Too much seasoning and this definitely wasn’t no jerk seasoning. Haitian use the same blended seasoning “epis” and it wasn’t no damn jerk seasoning.

  25. Listen I'm not bashing him but that's not jerk chicken, jerk chicken is prepared on the grill and not in oven.

  26. The scotch bonnet at 2:44 … I add hot peppers to a jar of vinegar. In time, the vinegar itself becomes a massively hot pepper condiment and the flesh becomes a bit milder. Looks good as strips in various dishes.

    Chef instead of blending up the black seed you should have blend up the primenta seed and sprinkle of black pepper on the chicken
