Easy Twice Cooked Pork Recipe (Sichuan-style Chinese Pork Belly Stir-Fry) | Cooking with Dog



We are making an easy and delicious, popular Chinese dish Twice Cooked Pork, which goes excellent with steamed rice. This is spicy and delicious!

How to Make Twice Cooked Pork

(serves 2) Cook Time: 20 min
125g Pork Belly Slices, for yakiniku (4.4 oz)
160g Spring Cabbage Leaves (5.6 oz)
1 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1 Shiitake Mushroom
40g Long Green Onion (1.4 oz)

1/2 tbsp Ginger Root, chopped
1/2 tsp Douchi, Chinese fermented black beans, chopped, optional
1/2-1 tsp Doubanjiang, chili bean paste
1 tbsp Sake, or water

– Seasoning –
1 tbsp Tian Mian Jiang, sweet bean sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sake
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Grated Garlic
1/2 tsp Potato Starch

Potato Starch for dusting meat
Vegetable Oil for sauteing
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

ピーマン1個
赤ピーマン1/2個
しいたけ1枚
長ねぎ40g

豆チ(トーチ)(みじん切り):小さじ1/2(なければ使わなくてもよい)
豆板醤:小さじ½〜1
酒(または水):大さじ1

[合わせ調味料] 甜麺醤:大さじ1
砂糖:小さじ1
酒:大さじ1
しょうゆ:大さじ1/2
おろしにんにく:小さじ1
片栗粉;小さじ1/2

片栗粉(肉用)
サラダ油(炒め用)
ごま油:小さじ½
