My pecan crusted baked salmon recipe. A light and delicious low carb keto entrée. With just a bit over 1g net carbs per serving and a nice balance of flavor and texture, it’s a wonderful low carb meal.

Ingredients:
4 – 6oz. salmon fillets

Coating:
1/4 cup – mayonnaise
1/2 Tbs – apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp – garlic powder
1/4 tsp – lemon juice

Pecan Crust:
1 cup – ground pecans
1 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – ground black pepper
1/4 tsp – cayenne pepper
2 Tbs – unsalted butter, melted

Per serving (recipe divided by 4):
599 cal. / 46.59g fat / 1.07g net carbs / 39.93g protein

    Hi Papa G, I love salmon and have a pistachio recipe that is almost identical to this one, a bit different in prep method, but same concept. I did not think of using pecans with salmon, but will give your adaptation a try next time I have pecans in the house.
