INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups Barley
7 Cups Water
3 tablespoons Oil
1 medium Onion
3 pieces Chicken Wings or Thighs
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 large Carrots
12 cups Water
1 cup Parsley
1/2 cup Chines Noddle
1 tablespoon Barberries
3-4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablepoons Oil or butter
1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste
1/4 cup Water
salt to taste
