5-6 Beetroots
Black Pepper
1 Fresh Coconut
3 tbsp Bell-peppers (Finely Chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic ( Finely Chopped)
Olive Oil
8-10 Almonds
3-4 Cherry tomatoes
some Flax seeds and watermelon seeds

Beetroot Pickle:

3-4 Peeled Beetroots
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 Star anise
Black peppercorns
2 Bay leaves
100 ml water
30 ml of White Wine Vinegar
