Filipino Original Adobo Recipe

Hello mga kababayan we are back and have finally settled in Sydney, Australia.

Today we were able to cook Adobo and I hope you learn to do it yourselves as well.

Ingredients:

500g pork
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp pepper corn
5 bay leaves
1 cup water
cooking oil

  4. Ilang Taon narin akong hindi kumakain ng Pork… at kapag nakasanayan mo ng di kumakain nyan,
    malalansahan ka na sa amoy pa lang lalo nankapag napapadaan ako sa Ramen Shop ng mga Japon.
    Chicken lang iniya-adobo ko, marinate muna then fry it at saka ko pa lang i-a-add yung pinag babaran at konting
    tubig at slow cooking hangang maubos na tubig at sauce na lang. Try nyo the best walang ka lansa lansa.

  18. hwag haluin ang suka kapag hilaw pa at hindi pa kumulo maigi kasi aasim. mahihilaw suka. at kapag tinakpan ng me suka wag buksan pag hilaw pa suka. pakuluin maigi then kung bubuksan wag takpan ulit kapag hilaw pa suka at aasim.
